Road Authorities or City Councils might require to use Slip Bases
between foundations and the flanged spigots.
Slip Base is designed in the way which allows the pole to slide off when it is hit by car.
There are different rules in different areas. Therefore local authorities have to decide if slip bases are required in the nominated site
