Rotating finial made of a rigid arm and the halyard system allowing:
· to hoist the banner from the ground to the arm -like a normal flag

· the banner is slid into the bar’s truck
· the unique halyards system allows to hoist the bar (with banner) and dock into the arm
· the s/s ball swivel of the rope system allows to rotate 360 degrees either directions
· lower halyard is secured by the jam cleat
· rings -attached along the front banner edge - allow to keep the banner close to the pole
counter weight-secured in the banner’s bottom front corner- pulls down and strain the banner
